Designing and making jewelry has been my greatest passion and profession for almost 30 years. I specialize in silver and gold jewelry, mainly Baltic amber, which I highly value for its aesthetic value. I don’t recognize limitations, which is why I need to constantly test my skills in various fields of designing jewelry and utility items.
For several years now, Polish designers have been creating heart-shaped jewelry for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity auction in Chicago. This time, I received this unique honor – my design was auctioned for USD 4,100.
My heart – according to the guidelines – had a simple form. I used amber with a deep, warm cherry color to resemble a heart not only in shape but also in color. I enclosed them in a delicate yellow gold frame to create an elegant contrast and further emphasize its three-dimensionality and depth.

It was an extraordinary fashion show in an extraordinary place – the Grand Refectory in the Teutonic Castle in Malbork. It was there that I had the exceptional pleasure of presenting my remarkable Amber Beauty amber jewelry collection.
The Teutonic Castle in Malbork is a natural place for amber – once the Teutonic Order strictly controlled its extraction, today the Castle Museum housed within its walls boasts an exceptional amber collection presented at the permanent exhibition “Amber Contexts“. The fashion show was an opportunity to remind about this exhibition, where works of ancient masters, such as a casket and reliquary by Michel Redlin and a casket by Christoph Maucher, as well as contemporary recognized artists, including Paulina Binek and Jarosław Westermark, are displayed.
Therefore, it was an even greater honor to be invited to participate in the show Amber.
My adventure with the world of fashion is not slowing down – after the GOLDEN LOOP in 2021 and the TOP FASHION statue in 2022, this year I received a second GOLDEN LOOP from the Polish Fashion Academy for my Sparkle jewelry collection.
In this collection, I focused on the forms and colors of amber that emphasize its natural origin and only the necessary human intervention in its natural form, as well as on minimalist, yet carefully composed silver settings. In this way, I created a bridge between nature and modernity.
Sparkle is also an emanation of the contemporary human’s need for close contact with nature, but also the philosophy of slow life. It is an amber amulet, in whose protective power people believed centuries ago – in the modern world and in a contemporary form.

For the second time, I have become a laureate of the AMBERIF SELECTION contest – this time for a spectacular fountain pen made of Baltic amber, resulting from the combination of traditional jewelry craftsmanship with the latest 3D technologies.
The competition jury appreciated the mastery of execution and the high level of design of the Eternal fountain pen made of Baltic amber, and in the AMBERIF SELECTION 2022 competition, awarded me the Prize of the Gdańsk International Fair Co.
The design of the fountain pen was created in a computer program, but its realization required not only modern tools but also knowledge of the goldsmith’s workshop. This was necessary, among other things, to manually set 248 cubic zirconia stones and properly polish and set 90 amber stones decorating the surface of the fountain pen. The collection is maintained in the distinctive “CHILLI style,” yet with clear new design accents. Its main part consists of silver jewelry with amber, but there will also be gold jewelry, of course, also with Baltic gold. More than before, I have focused on emphasizing the effect of lightness and finesse, almost sensuality, combined with a luxurious look.
The premiere of the new collection is not the only good reason to visit my booth at the AMBERIF SPRING fair. Equally important – perhaps even more so – is this year’s 20th anniversary of the CHILLI Jewellery Ireneusz Glaza company, which I plan to celebrate during the fair….
This is the second showcase of my amber jewelry in Rome and simultaneously the second “Italian” one with the talented fashion designer Barbara Piekut.
Especially for this occasion, my “show” collection of unique amber jewelry Passion was enriched with new models inspired by nature. Their modern settings and the natural shades of amber perfectly corresponded with the latest collection of fashion designer Barbara Piekut Libre, which was dominated by lace, silks, feathers, and handmade applications. The timeless, elegant style of the jewelry fit into the designer’s philosophy of focusing on ultra-femininity and sensuality in fashion.
